Our home is located on an ideal street within Salvo - having beach access entry and an ice cream shop (Village Conery) both on our street!! ⭐️ AMENITIES We do NOT provide bed sheets and bath towels - we do, however, keep kitchen linens, a hand towel, and bath rugs for guest use and care. We DO provide only a “starter kit” of items: paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tab, trash can liner. We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional of these, appropriate for your duration of stay. ⭐️ ENTRY There is a keypad located at the front door for simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided the day of arrival. The code is changed after every guest. ⭐️ PARKING There is a private paved driveway for up to 3 cars to park. ⭐️ PETS Well behaved, friendly dogs are the ONLY pets considered with a pet fee. You are responsible for notifying us at the time of booking that you are bringing your dog(s). ⭐️ ACCESSIBILITY There are stairs at this home and decks. Our cottage is child friendly but not child proof - as always, use sound judgment when children are involved. ⭐️ LAUNDRY Laundry closet off of kitchen with washer and dryer. ⭐️ SPORTS Indoor mud room with Air Hockey table and space for storage of your sports and pet gear ⭐️ BED/BATH 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, & 1 bunk room with a pyramid (twin over full) and a twin bed 2 bathrooms: 1 Tub/shower upstairs, 1 Walk-in shower downstairs. Plus an outdoor shower too ⭐️ KITCHEN Custom cabinetry and countertops. Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, coffee machine, Keurig - K-cups not provided. Basic kitchen essentials: pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils ⭐️ SECURITY A flood light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.
