Our colorful, desert themed 2br/2ba lower unit condo is bright, spacious, & furnished with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Great Wi-Fi for Zoom calls if needed! One of the many community pools/hot tubs sits steps away from the back patio, overlooking a beautiful greenbelt, palm tree lined sky, and peekaboo mountain range views with stunning sunsets. However, the owner is open to considering individual cases—especially for longer stays—so please inquire prior to booking if you’d like to request an exception. 🚫 Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized, recreational, and/or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted unless they can fully fit inside the garage. Please see our house rules for additional details before arrival. ❄️ Air Conditioning: During the summer months, AC units cannot be set below 70°F. Setting them lower may cause the system to freeze and stop working—thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly! 💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season). 🍋 Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees—guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch. 🌱 Overseeding Season: Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and is reseeded in October.
