The space The Sonoran Spa Resort features the “Sonoran Grill” restaurant and sports bar on-site, plus an awesome breakfast and lunch cafe which serves delicious coffee drinks, plus a convenience store, pharmacy and “La Spa” day spa which are all open to the public. Also in the immediate vicinity are 4 other great restaurants: Ramon’s next door at Sonoran Sea, Gurufa Steak house, Banditos and Chango’s,. This condo is in the desirable E building up front on the beach. This condo faces westward so you can comfortably watch the sunset from the patio - it's awesome - and it's right on top of the pools and beach! In this condo you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished, decorated and clean! Well equipped kitchen with full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in microwave, disposal, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, quesadilla maker and all the cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils you might want. There is a round dining table and 4 chairs plus 3 bar stools all with newly upholstered seat cushions. The living room has a new sofa sleeper (queen size bed) with chaise, 55” smart flat screen TV and huge sliding glass doors onto the patio. The large patio overlooks the common pool and hot tub area, beach and ocean, and features patio furniture comprising a round table with 4 chairs, a patio lounger, and a chair with ottoman plus cushions. The large master bedroom features king size bed, en-suite private bathroom, TV and sliding glass door to the patio and amazing ocean view! There are also brand-new sheets, quilts, bed skirts and throw blankets for all 3 beds. The master bathroom has a tub and shower combo and the guest bathroom has a shower – both have luxury shower heads plus water filters, hair dryers, magnifying makeup mirrors and white 100% cotton bath, hand and wash-cloth towels plus black makeup wash cloths and bath mats. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, new mini-crib, TV and also a DVD and VCR player. The living room features an electric fireplace TV console with remote and a 55’ Smart TV and sofa sleeper with chaise. There is a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience with full-size washer and dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener in case you need to do laundry while you are on vacation - we hope not but it is there for your convenience. The whole condo and patio has new floor tile as of February 2022. We have also had a new TelMex router installed for fiber optic internet, in June 2021 and the speed test runs around 200 Mbps. The WIFI access codes will be provided to you before your arrival, and are also on a little stand on the hall table and under the router itself on the kitchen counter. Not only is it possible to see the ocean when arriving in the condo and from your master bedroom bed, it is also totally possible to fall asleep to the sound of waves, and have your morning coffee reclining on the balcony with the sea in front of you, or enjoying watching the sun go down from the patio. Inflatable pool toys and a pump are provided for your fun in the pools. There is also a breakfast and lunch cafe, convenience store and pharmacy onsite. Sonoran Spa is one of the most beloved and beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, and is the closest resort to the beach, offering excellent views of the ocean immediately outside your living room and master bedroom. There is 24-hour security at this resort for your peace of mind. The complex includes tennis/pickleball court, putting green, new equipment in 2021 in the fitness center, business center, Spa salon that is open to the public, CATV, BBQ facilities and of course Sandy Beach.
