Townhouse in Incline Village

Our updated townhome is walkable (less than 1/2 mile) to the lake, Hyatt Casino, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and everything for a relaxing stay at Tahoe. We’re also less than 5 miles from Diamond Peak ski resort, and within 30 minutes of Northstar, Heavenly, Palisades and Alpine. We enjoy welcoming guests to our favorite place to be and want you to feel at home. We have games and fast WiFi for the days that keep you in and beach towels for the days you go out. The space Driving one car? Being walkable to so many amenities means no one is stuck at home when the car is gone. On the inside, the townhome is “oversized” with plenty of room to spread out in the open floor plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The floor plan is setup with living space upstairs looking out at the trees and bedrooms down below. For deep powder days, the carport is great to park out of the snow. Guest access You’ll have access to the full townhome including in unit washer/dryer, 2 decks and heated bathroom floors. Beaches in Incline Village are not public and unfortunately we can no longer offer access to the incline beaches. Sand Harbor has a beautiful beach only 10 minutes away. Free public beaches are also available 10 minutes away in Kings beach or by hiking in to secluded beaches along the East Shore. Other things to note The bunk beds are twin-size beds only for kids (under 150lbs) , so we can only host up to 5 adults even though the whole listing is for up to 7 guests.
