Two bedrooms feature queen mattresses (one is a Casper, the other a Nectar) and charging stations able to handle multiple devices at the bedside. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and a lamp with a USB port for device charging. Living room has a 55" TV (no cable or local tv, smart tv allows guest to login to own streaming service). Newer appliances, counter tops, and bathroom fixtures. Grassy, shady backyard with covered patio and gas grill. We provide an easy self check-in/check-out process and will give you space to enjoy your time away from home without interruption. This neighborhood features older homes with larger lots. You'll frequently see neighbors out for walks and it's a safe area. Central Point is a small but robust town, so you are close to all necessary amenities like grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Even the world famous Rogue Creamery is only a few minutes away by car. The Jackson County Expo is also just moments away if you are visiting for an event. The Rogue Valley isn't the most walkable place and the public transportation options are limited, so you'll likely want to bring or rent your own car. If you do, you can get almost anywhere in the region fairly quickly with very little traffic. Alternatively, there are bus stops within easy walking distance of the home. We are just over 3 miles from the Rogue Valley International Airport, less than 3 miles from Interstate 5, and about a mile from the Jackson County Expo. The home has an attached studio apartment that is vacant. Garage cannot be used for vehicle parking.
