Beautiful ancestral house that is divided into 2 independent parts. The WESTERN part is called "Au Fleuve d'Alphé" (see our other listing on Airbnb) and the EASTERN part is called "Au Jardin d'Yvonne" (current listing). Each house has its own front entrance, its own parking, its own back porch, its own land on the riverfront and above all they each offer stunning views of beautiful and indescribable sunsets. Other things to note IMPORTANT: minimum 3-day rental from mid-October to May (on AirBNB) minimum rental 7 days from June to mid-October (on Quebec rental site) SECURITY DEPOSIT: a security deposit of up to $500 will be claimed following your rental in case of breakage or uncleaned housekeeping (please note, apart from one exceptional time, we have always been satisfied with the condition in which the house is left to us. This is mainly a reminder to take good care of our home). HOUSEKEEPING: we ask that the house be left in the same condition as it was found. So cleaning must be done before your departure: beds undone, bathroom cleaned, kitchen cleaned with fridge clean and dishwasher emptied, vacuumed, etc. If, however, you do not wish to clean, we know a cleaning lady who, according to her schedule and availability, may be able to come and do it (a cleaning fee will then be added). 4-SEASON HOUSE: so year-round rental is possible REQUIREMENTS: No pets or smokers.
