Located on a cul-de-sac with an incredible view of High Point Mt. with breathtaking sunsets just minutes from the scenic Ashokan Reservoir! People from all backgrounds are welcome! Eco-friendly! The space The space is an open floor design. There are beautiful nature views all around the house with many windows, but also curtains for privacy. Bedroom, dining room and living room all have views of High Point Mountain! Guest access The whole house and yard is yours! When weather permits (seasonal) we have wonderful delights in our Organic Gardens: Herbs, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, etc. that you are welcome to. There is a deck complete with a grill + table & chairs for outdoor dining. Other things to note Upon arrival you will have access to our Internet service. There is a large 49" flat screen cable TV. We also have Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO/Max + Paramount. We supply wood for the wood-burning stove + a "mini-split" heater/air conditioner. We have an Espresso coffee machine, French Press, pour-over, blender, Magic Bullet, food processor and toaster oven.
