The house is 2.5 miles from Emanuel Hospital, Turlock: 16 from Doctors and 15 from Memorial Hospitals in Modesto. I live in the home. i have two rooms that i rent. I work at home so am always available. My guests are welcome in all rooms of house. I have a huge backyard with patio that guests are welcome to use. house is two story. Room for rent is upstairs. House is big but very cozy. Plenty of room in cabinets in kitchen. Two refrigerators, one in garage. kitchen, living room Welcome in living room and kitchen. About one mile to shopping centers, restaurants. About 2 miles to downtown. Many favorite shops, coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Public transportation. Bus, Uber, and Lyft. I live in the home so am accessable. Any problems can be solved quickly.
