I've built this home duplex for myself when it is time for downsizing and traveling the world :). It has everything one needs. A working station in the bedroom with a relaxing, peaceful view from the bedroom window. A living area, TV with basic channels, and HDMI cable to connect to your laptop. A new, equipped kitchenette for your tea, coffee, breakfast, and homemade meals, but please use it for light cooking. Dining table and chairs, and a couch for resting or watching TV. The black trash can is in the yard on the right side behind the hibiscus tree, next to it are two recycle bins, one for paper, and one for bottles and cans. One-time cleaning fee cleans the place before you check-in. Thank you :) Functional and independent. The door between the duplex and laundry room can be open only from the duplex side, there is an additional safety hook. All is yours to enjoy. Please clean the kitchen utensils after your use. Guests stayed for one week or longer are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room during the weekends, with your own detergent ("he" type only please). To save the energy please turn off the light when you are not in. Please notice that the AC control is not in the duplex. Guests with any special needs, please contact the host before booking. Nice and safe to take a walk around early morning or evening. Minutes to everything you need: highway I-75, 24-hour drug stores, restaurants, hospitals, retirement residency, parks, and supermarkets. 5 minutes (<2 mi) to Santa Fe college and I-75, 12 minutes (5 mi) from North Florida Medical Center, 18 minutes (7.5 mi) to UF campus. Bus #43 to UF campus and downtown every 35 minutes, a $3 ticket, or free to UF students and affiliates. Two WalMart supermarket open 24 hours within 6-8 miles. ATTENTION: If you enter the house number, GPS takes you here with no problem, but just in case: There are three streets named "NW 35 Place" in Gainesville! The street you want is between NW 83rd St and NW 75 St. This place is strictly non-smoking. If you are a heavy smoker and would smoke outside, please look for another place. The smell would still linger around inside. AC is set between 74F and 76F. The ceiling fans have made it very pleasant for guests so far. Thank you for understanding.
