NEW Attic Studio - Vaulted Ceiling

Beautiful, spacious, light-filled attic studio in a quiet neighborhood with distinguished amenities, park-like setting view, and supreme location near the best of Golden Gate Park. Many other blocks around us do not have any parking restrictions. ** The bedroom door locks only lock from the inside for safety reasons. The space CHARACTER, CHARACTER, CHARACTER! Attic Studio is a 600 sq ft private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette in our magnificent Edwardian house (4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths). As per title, it is the attic part of our house and thus the ceilings are vaulted on the sides. Guest access HOUSEHOLD Guests will have access to all common areas in the Edwardian house (kitchen, TV room, glass atrium, living room, downstairs bathroom, sunny deck, and backyard), as well as their private bedroom, bedroom, kitchenette and their own fireplace-like heater. The Attic Studio has typically a king size bed (two twin beds put together)* with top brand mattress; 48" satellite TV including HBO; office desk; reading chair; cute shell space and hangers; small refrigerator; electric cooktop; electric fireplace; free in-room WIFI; maps and guides; restaurant menus; and much more. All linens are provided (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, etc.) * If you prefer two twin beds, or a King bed and a cot bed. The attic bathroom has top of the line standing shower with on-demand hot water and amazing water pressure, as well as a handheld device. Towels, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, blow dryer, etc, are also provided. In the hallway bathroom, there is a stacked washer and dryer at your disposal. The kitchenette has two electric burners, a kettle, and a 3.1 cu refrigerator. The community kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with a 4 range gas stove with sealed burners, side-by-side refrigerator, silent dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, and breakfast table. The "fireplace community TV room" includes a huge 60" LED smart TV with satellite (DirecTV including HBO) and gas/wood fireplace that is perfect for watching movies. The glass atrium has a 42" TV with satellite (DirecTV including HBO), surround sound system, and an amazing view to the backyard and neighborhood. The backyard is an urban garden oasis with built in charcoal barbecue and two seating areas. It is a great place to hang out with friends and/or read a book. During your stay HOSTS You'll be sharing the house with your host, Viviane, houseowner Lele. It might occur that you only get to meet one (or neither) of us, since we both travel a lot. We are open to kind, unbiased people, straight and gay friendly. Also, we enjoy meeting genuine people and hearing their stories.
