Lazy River Cottage on the Delaware River

Newly renovated cottage right on the Delaware River with direct river access and prime fishing and bird watching spots. River view from every room. The space "Nestles high on the bank of Delaware River stood a wooden shack. Despite its humble composition, the shack commands a panoramic view of the rushing water below. One day a couple bought it. They set out to restore the cabin to a state fitting for its idyllic location and placement. They named the shack “Lazy River Cottage”. Someday, they want to live there, simply and joyfully. They picture spending their days fishing, reading, drinking sweet sun tea, lounging on the wraparound deck and looking at the glimmering river through the rustling leaves. At dusk, they would enjoy a cozy meal in the candle light. After dark, they huddle around the fire table, gazing up a starry sky searching for the International Space Station. When it rains, they would put a record on the turntable, light the fireplace, sit on the sofa by the windows and hear the water dripping through the branches of chestnut trees above… So, before Lazy River is turned into a full time residence, you are invited to come and stay. Come and share the sublime and ever-changing scenery that nature has provided. An infant/child of any age is considered a "person". - Cleaning Fee $125 - No smoking/vaping inside the cottage - No littering, anywhere. Please Help Us Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful. Thank you. - No parties or events - Firearm/Weapon Free Zone - Drug/illegal Substance Free Zone - Fireworks Free Zone - No arrival before 4 pm on the day of check-in, unless pre-arranged with host. - Check out is by 11 am. - Video cameras in public area for security. No camera inside cottage. - Amenities/features offered/mentioned may vary depending on seasonality/availability. PET POLICY: - DOGS ONLY, no cats, or other pets. - Keep dog on leash at all times when outdoors for their safety. - No dog is allowed unattended in cabin for any length of time. - Pet fee is $100/pet per stay. Any damage caused by your dog will be charged to you upon check out. P.s. If you need to sleep in complete darkness, please bring your own eye shade. The cottage is bright and has only semi-blackout curtains in bedroom.
