The space Space feels fresh and open. It was renovated in 2019, so it feels nice and new. Tiled, glass door shower with built in niches. Heated, marble floors throughout kitchen and bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout the rest of the space, with reclaimed Oak accent wall and trim. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen and a back porch area for sitting. Guest access The apartment has its own private entrance, which accesses the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is no access to the upper level of the house, as it is occupied by long term tenants. Some noise transfer between spaces is to be expected, see "Other things to note" for more information. Other things to note The path leading down to the house is a landscaped staircase that is well lit at night. The upstairs home is occupied, and you should expect to hear the family that lives upstairs. A noise machine can be found in the entertainment center to help.
