Perfect location in the heart of Branford, FL; famous Suwannee River is less than a mile away, multiple gorgeous springs nearby, and great restaurants only a couple of blocks away. This home has everything you need to feel right at home, including a completely furnished kitchen with everything but the food! Complimentary coffee and tea. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Living room has large sectional couch for additional guest if needed. Smart TV and WiFi. • The house has a keyless entry system to make your entry as effortless as possible. • The TVs are all smart TVs that are equipped with a plethora of viewing apps for your enjoyment. We have guest logins already for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, but if you would like to access any additional apps you will need to use/create your own login. • The sectional in the living room has a chaise and can be used for an extra guest or for children to sleep on if needed. We cannot attest to its comfortability for sleeping but want our guests to know that we certainly don’t mind it being used for sleeping and there is no extra charge for additional guests. Extra linens and pillows are in the hall closet. Guests have access to the house in its entirety. There is also a 1-bedroom apartment available for rent just a few steps out of the back door for an additional fee of $50/night. No worries, it will not be rented by anyone while we have guests in the main house unless the guests are interested in renting it in addition to the house. Branford is a quaint, small town known for its friendly folks and its proximity to the famously beautiful Suwannee River. Our sweet little rental is right in the heart of the delightful town of Branford. The restaurants, the Branford boat ramp into the Suwannee River, and Branford Springs are all within walking/biking distance. Otherwise, a car will be needed as there aren't any public transportation options. There is plenty of parking on-site for the rental and there is usually plenty of parking for any nearby restaurants/attractions.
