Our website, Restfulgetaway, can offer a glimpse to great local dines and adventures. The space The Casa Estiva was truly created for those who long for peace which only nature can provide. We've created an indoor/outdoor living space on 3 ft. stilts in a ravine (about a 14 ft. drop) with oak trees all around you. It's so unique, Airbnb does not have a category for it. The Casa Estiva is an "inverted treehouse-lol". Being in a ravine is actually more secluded than a treehouse because you are "hemmed in" by the land and looking up and all around you at the oak trees. It feels as if its' your own private cabin in the woods...a million miles away. There is a covered area with a sofa and outdoor table and chairs with an outdoor TV/firestick and a heater. The bedroom has a high ceiling, lots of light and two relaxing chairs with a streaming TV. In terms of food: *WE PROVIDE SATURDAY BREAKFAST (WHICH WE'LL LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE TO BE HEATED). Other meals, bring easy...yes, bring what can either be cooked in a small microwave, grilled or plan to eat out in Weatherford. . * When making your reservation let us know if you would like French toast with turkey sausages or an Amish Breakfast Casserole with fruit. Nextlink/Business Megalink Plan provides superior Wifi on the entire property. A charcoal grill is provided for your own private use. Bring charcoal, we have lighter fluid. Last but not least, we have a fire pit on the hill where you can enjoy stargazing and the quiet of the night. WE LOVE SPOILING OUR GUESTS and leave homemade goodies and farm fresh eggs from the Chix Inn. Guest access Our 4 acres is for you to explore. Our property is gated, very safe and secluded. WALKING? We are working on a prayer path which starts at the fire pit on the hill (please refer to aerial photo). If you'd like to walk out of the gate, just let us know and we'll give you a remote. READING, TALKING, DREAMING? a delightful pergola with swinging chairs and a hammock await you! Plus, a great place to watch birds and play ping pong or darts. We even leave coloring books. GARDEN INTEREST? You are welcome to wonder about the garden and pick a few veggies for dinner. Plus, there is a wonderful family of hummingbirds who migrate to the property for the warm seasons. GRILLING? Lighter fluid and matches are provided; just bring your charcoal. CAMP FIRE? There is plenty of firewood (FREE) and stargazing is encouraged at the fire pit area on the hill. Other things to note 1.We are a smoke free property meaning no smoking or open flames (candles) even on the porch. 2. No pets are allowed/We really try to create one bnb for those who deal with allergies. This gives individuals a refuge away from toxins, pet hair and the like. If you choose to bring your pet, after knowing we do not allow them at this bnb, we charge $150 for removal of hair and dander and we do report you to airbnb as this is one of our rules. Thank you for your understanding. Our other bnb, The Hidden Treasure Harvest House allows up to 2 dogs for a $50 fee. * CLEANING AND SANITIZING: For those who are sensitive to perfumes and fragrances, we only use naturally derived products. We do not use air fresheners or any artificial fragrances of any kind. We are in compliance with Airbnb's policies of cleaning/sanitizing and use products approved by the EPA to kill Covid 19 and other viruses and bacterias.
