Description

Nestled in the hills of Vermont, our home is a new 3 bedroom house with a large deck and finished basement. There's also a large yard outside for kids to run around. We're a short one-mile walk to downtown, where there is a quaint small-town feel. And once downtown, you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The space Includes a finished 800 sf basement as a family room with a 65" TV. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. Other things to note Centrally located within the state, Waterbury is known as the "Crossroads of Recreation". Surrounded by beautiful foliage (great for "leaf-peepers"), you're only 11 miles north of the capitol city, Montpelier, and 29 miles south of Burlington and Lake Champlain (if you want to spend a day on the lake). If you're a skier, this home is perfect for you in the winter time, since we're surrounded by some of the best sky resorts in New England (19 miles from Sugarbush, 11 miles from Stowe, and 12 miles from Bolton). if you love to hike, you're only 9 miles from Camel's Hump, one of Vermont's prime hiking destinations.
