We’ve stocked the space with all the essentials—dishes, towels, sheets, and more—so you can focus on relaxing. Great care went into the home’s updates and amenities to make your stay comfortable. It’s simple, clean, cozy, and private—just the way a home away from home should be. This home is well-suited for weekend getaways but also long-term business stays, including: - Traveling nurses (Oroville Hospital, 5 mins, Orchard Hospital 20 mins, Enlo Medical Center 25 mins) - Northwest Lineman College students (8 mins) - Oroville Dam workers (15 mins) We hope you feel comfortable and enjoy staying here while visiting the Oroville area for work/pleasure. You and your guests have access to three bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and living room, with new paint and new flooring throughout. There is also central heating and air conditioning, high-speed wifi, smart tv, etc. Here is more information on each room: Kitchen: Microwave, stove, fridge, Keurig coffee machine (coffee included), cutting board, pots, pans, utensils, kitchenware, soaps (hand/dish), etc. Basic kitchen ingredients of salt, pepper, cooking oil provided as well. Bathroom: Fresh bath towels, vanity mirror & toilet paper. Bedrooms: The beds are queen-sized, memory foam and very comfy. The 2 main bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is the largest and has the access to the back patio. **Living Room: Large Sectional, coffee table, smart tv, end tables, etc. **Entertainment: Flat-screen TV, for all your streaming services, high-speed internet, etc. Laundry Room: Washing machine, dryer, broom, dustpan, etc. Patio: private backyard patio with 4 lounge chairs and BBQ. Enjoy the patio lights at night and privacy. Safety: The house has both smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout. **If you are interested in staying for a long-term business stay (over 1 month), the housekeeper will come and clean during your stay for an additional $100 cleaning fee each time, every month to assist in keeping up the space. Our home’s convenient location includes: - Supermarket/Groceries: Raley's, FoodMaxx, and Grocery Outlet Bargain Market are all a 4-minute drive away, so you can purchase food to cook and enjoy during your stay. - Dining: Excellent, vibrant and locally-owned restaurants that take 5-10 minutes to walk to, including...a 24-hour restaurant with excellent food (Cornucopia); a brewery/eatery and an independent winery (see below). Other things to note **Please note** This home has a smaller more narrow staircases to access the downstairs bedroom due to the era it was built. Mobility challenges would be difficult to accommodate in this home.
