Description

TYPE IN THE FULL WEEK TO SEE YOUR DISCOUNT! I bought a handful of New Years units recently. I love Park City and come out every winter. Included in the photos are the feedbacks recieved from the property from the lady who sold these to me. This is for TWO seperate condos that sleep up to 8 people in each one. It is best with 5 and 5 but your allowed 8 in each. If a smaller group and wants 6+8 with a whirlpool jacuzzi tub we can swap. Edge of Park City and NOT IN THE BOONIES like the map looks. The space You can book your big group of flights confidently and know it will not be cancelled for any reason. Each condo has a medium size kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. Downstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and that door shuts closed. Nearby is a bathroom that services the entire unit. That is not attached. Upstairs is an alcove with a set of bunk beds and nearby is the master bedroom with an attached large bathroom. Then down below on street level is a large garage with a washer and dryer. There is public transportation but it is down the street about half mile. This resort is very close to the WOODWARD park city kids ski entertainment oasis. Then it is 6 miles to Canyons resort Park City. Main street is 10 miles away. Best to have a car because it is very cold out during New Years. If you don't have a car Lyft and Uber can take you around but it might be on surge pricing. To get here from the Airport should be $38-60 for each group of six people. A big 8 seater vehicle might be $100 and $150 if it is snowing out. When it snows prices increase. Guest access Listen---- we both know that you want one huge home with a granite countered island, and huge big screen TVS, massive views and walking distance to the slopes. Well those homes start at two million dollars. The billionaires are kicking out the millionaires in this once rugged cowboy drunken town. If you see ANYTHING affordable it is best to scoop it up. The famlies that own these massive homes and only come into town once a year choose this week and pull it out of the rental pool. Also because of Sundance Film Festival investors buy up homes as a business side hussle. To add even more stress the Covid pandemic had people selling their vacation homes and the buyers were not landlords--- but people moving into them to LIVE to escape the riots and to have their kids in live school and not on laptops. So now there are less rentals and more locals. Some of you drive further than six miles to Starbucks so this is not unquestionable to stay on the edge of town.
