While NYC regulations require this listing to be categorized as a ‘private room,’ you’ll enjoy the exclusive use of a fully private garden-level apartment - complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom. The space The Space: The space is luxurious as well as cozy. Amenities: Six-burner stovetop, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Mr. Slim air conditioning system, Internet, and TV. Additionally, there is a desk in the corner with a Mac desktop and an attached printer which guests are free to use. This is the lower floor of our owner-occupied duplex. Because it has a separate outside entrance from the upper duplex floor, it thus provides 100% privacy. Both floors have their own dedicated kitchens and bathrooms.
