If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space. The space We have tried very hard to create a space that everyone will love. It is comfortable, practical, and has most of the comforts of home. With reliable fast internet, you can stay connected to work or school without any lag or delay. There are two decks where you can eat, relax, or just lounge as well as two yards to play, camp out, or build a fire. Another great feature of this house is our projector which is hooked into a smart device so you can relax in bed and watch a show on a VERY large screen :) In addition, we have a 55 in Smart TV in the family room with movies, and old school gaming systems. Want to stay away from screens? There are several games, puzzles, books, and activities that you are welcome to enjoy! Although we do keep some personal items there, the 2nd bedroom has an empty (large) dresser and closet. There is space for your personal items in the bathroom, and plenty of kitchen space to cook and store your food. In the mudroom, there are a plethora of outdoor "toys" -lacrosse sticks, baseball gloves, bats, balls, tennis rackets, and footballs. If you need help getting a bike, we know of a bike shop 5 minutes away that has very reasonable prices for bike rentals. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please let us know. Guest access The majority of the house is open for your use. There is a locked storage space in the basement, but other than that you may venture where you wish within the home. There is also a back and side yard where you can allow your pets to roam on a leash and where you can camp, play games, etc. Other things to note I will send a house manual a few days before your arrival that has all of the details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
