Our house is good for travelers, couples, and business travelers. Adults 18+ only, no exceptions! Check out all the events, festivals & nightlife Austin has to offer with a relaxing place to rest afterwards. Please let us know your check-in time in advance. Once you're here we'll get you settled in, then feel free to come and go as you please! We have a downstairs room and an upstairs room available for booking. Please make sure you book the bedroom you prefer per title of listing! 2 story 3,300 sq ft open concept house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, dining room, guest living room, main living room, movie room, kitchen, laundry room, balcony and large backyard. All bedrooms have a queen bed, 55" SmartTV with Netflix, Hulu & Disney+ free access, and plenty of closet space. All beds and pillows have waterproof covers. The upstairs bathroom is down the hall and has a large double sink counter and dressing area attached. The kitchen has all modern appliances, an island, and a nook with an expandable table. The whole house is wifi enabled. Guests will have access to the bedroom they book (SmartTV has Netflix, Hulu & Disney+ access) with corresponding private bathroom, specified areas in kitchen & appliances (i.e. Keurig coffee maker, teapot), main living room, the laundry room (if necessary), as well as the backyard. The rest of the house is off-limits unless otherwise specified! We will be available on the spot since we will be home during your stay. You will have your privacy since we stay on the opposite end of the house and will have hosting interactions when needed or requested. We're an easygoing couple with a 5 bedroom home all to ourselves and lots of room to spare. We live in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood that's safe to walk around at night. There are walking trails and parks nearby. Grocery store is 1 mile away, restaurants are as close as half a mile, 2.5 miles to Walmart, and 3 miles to Stonehill Shopping Center (Target, Best Buy, Movie Theater, additional restaurants etc.) We're close to Austin and all it has to offer! Walking distance to many nearby areas. Public transportation, Uber and Lyft available for farther areas. We are 4.5 miles from Austin Metro Park & Ride, 20 min from Circuit of the Americas, I-35 and Loop 1 are the main highways to downtown Austin which is 20 min away. If they are slow during rush hours, there are alternate routes and toll roads SH-130, SH-71 & SH-45 that can take you to and from downtown and south Austin faster. If you're arriving at the Austin-Bergstrom Airport, you can use the airport SuperShuttle or an Uber to bring you to our house. We use these services ourselves when we travel to and from the airport. We have another room available to book upstairs so there may be another guest in the house, otherwise it'll be only us. If you have more than 2 guests in your party you can book the additional upstairs room. We have 3 dogs: 2 Chihuahuas and 1 American Bully XL who will not interact with guests unless you want to. They're quiet and well behaved. Don't worry about ANY pet smells or dog hairs, our home is fresh and clean and our guests are always surprised we have dogs!
