Tamarack is a cozy 1 BR (queen,) 1 BA cabin with a kitchenette and a living room with a full futon for extra guests. Hang out on the porch or around the campfire out front. Plenty of firewood included. The space Situated on 250 acres of pristine Adirondack property surrounding two private lakes and bordering the Moose River, guests have access to beautiful fields and nature trails and to the camp's waterfront complete with paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and row boats (included, guests must wear life jackets which are provided or BYO.) You can also play tennis or basketball. Bikes are available to use when advanced notice is given and when available. Tons of fun for the whole family, or great for a romantic, rustic retreat. The property, Adirondack Woodcraft Camps, is just 7 miles from the town of Old Forge and 9 miles from the town of Inlet where there are plenty of quaint shops and delicious restaurants. Mountain bikers can bike to their heart's content on the amazing flow trails at McCauley mountain! Guest access WiFi is available upon request. A landline is available in the dining hall kitchen.
