Take a 50 yard stroll to the private 90 foot beach and enjoy complimentary access to stand up paddle board, kayaks, and even an electric powered boat. This 68 year-old cottage type bungalow has air conditioning and electric furnace for your instant comfort. A wood stove for your enjoyment. There is up to one hundred mps download ethernet computer and laser printer. There is up to fifty mbs when you log onto the guest Wi-Fi on your iphone. Cabin A has comparable Wi-Fi which reaches all the way to the end of the dock. Both cabins have all new queen beds with memory foam pillow topped mattresses. The linens and towels are washed and clean. There is extra blankets as needed. Both cabins are perfect venue for life's adventurers. Swim in the spring fed Lake and watch the sunset over a crackling fire. Deer visit year-round but in the springtime does with their newborn seem to prefer the lakefront (perhaps for safety). Autumn usually attracts a small flock of migrating Canadian geese. They seem to prefer our beachfront. This is not your corporate hotel. Our Cross Valley Water System is rated among best in the state with no flouride, so leave your bottled water at home. You have your own private disc golf putting green. Practice your throws from the front porch. Start your morning with complementary coffee. Before there was Starbucks there was Dave Stewart and "Seattle's Best" coffee. Dave's Vista Clara Coffee in Snohomish is still the best. He has more blends and varietals to choose from at his Clara Vista coffee roaster in Snohomish. https://www.vistaclaracoffee.com/ This natural spring-fed Lake is less than 35 minutes to Seattle. It is 10 minutes to historic Snohomish with dozens of antique shops, bars, and restaurants and 12 minutes to the Woodinville wineries. Both Uber and Lyft provide safe transportation so you can partake with ease. Sound naturally carries on Echo Lake (no pun intended). Please keep voices down for the comfort of all. Do not presume the neighbors around the lake would enjoy outside music. Quiet time is 10 PM no fire-pit fires after that, please. Our neighbors are our friends so no loud parties or events. No unregistered guests unless prearranged with the host. I live nearby and will personally check you and your registered guests in. This 68-year-old cottage (Cabin B) shares 1.2 acres and 90 foot of private beach and dock with Cabin A. There is a small R pod acting as the host office. This is an easy-going, laid-back setting that nurtures the soul year around. Outdoor propane grill. Open the "light the grill" folder on the computer desktop. Cabin B (this listing) is the green cottage higher up. Both have their own personal fire pit and private grill. Both (when occupied) share the beach toys. These include paddle board, kayaks, fishing boat with trolling motor.
