The family is growing!! We are the happy parents of 2 new gites. The large gîte du Limouzin: this is my grandparents' old farm, this is where they landed when they arrived from Italy. The 1895 building was in its original state (no sanitary facilities, dirt floor, roof and frame to be redone, no foundation so a belt was added all around the farm to reinforce it, shaking and perforated floor on the upper floor!) The space After 14 months of gestation (minus 3 months of forced stoppage for health reasons), this gîte for your holidays or professional stays has seen the light of day. 20 KM from Toulouse, the large Limouzin is adjoining its little brother: the small Limouzin and separated by a recess and privacy screens. The cottage has a private terrace as well as private parking closed by an electric gate and a gate. Calm, restful with views of the Pyrenees when the sky is clear, you will share with the small gîte: the 4X8 swimming pool, the boulodrome and the swing, all on a plot of 1,500 m2 open to the fields. 3-star Gîte de France. On the ground floor: entrance to the living room with its open kitchen, bedroom (1 bed 2 people in 160 cm) with private bathroom, separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a living room/office on the mezzanine and 3 other bedrooms, one with (2 twin beds 90 cm + private bathroom), and the other 2 with (2 twin beds 90 cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating on the first floor, air-conditioned floor. Wi-Fi Internet connection. BBQ. No smoking inside the house. The cleaning price includes: cleaning (100 euros) + sheets for 7 beds (7X 10 euros/bed = 70 euros) + towels for 8 people (8X5 euros/person = 40 euros) = 210 euros Guest access Guests have access to the accommodation through a private entrance, independent and secured by an electric gate and gate, parking 3 cars in front of the cottage.
