Our cozy 3 bedroom home offers great variation for a getaway. On 7 acres of property our home provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Catch the sunrise from the couch or outdoor furniture on our deck, enjoy a game of pool or darts in the 'man cave' (located behind the home), BBQ or explore the incredible outdoors of upstate New York - great hikes and Windham/Hunter Mountain just a short car ride away! 2 miles from Zoom Flume Water Park. The space Escape the hustle and bustle of work and city life. A wonderful place to unplug and relax. This space was a garage that my husband and I transformed into a cozy country cottage. No contractors, just a dime and a dream. 15 years later and we still thoroughly enjoy this home and all nature has to offer in the great Northern Catskills. Other things to note We kindly request that quests take all food that they have brought with them and to please take any garbage, as it may be a few days for cleaning to occur.
