I have outside cameras for my guests’ safety and I can also monitor the number of guests. NO cameras are in the living spaces. It sleeps up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms , 1 twin air mattress. The master bedrooms each has a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms each has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with Roku and other streaming apps. There are AC controlled with Nest, super high speed WiFi, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, 12 cup coffee maker, convection toaster, instant pot, a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, propane BBQ grill, fireplace, 2 sets of Samsung washers and dryers, 12 -person dining table, large patio dining set, attached 2-car garage, and 2-car driveway. Other things to note Please be careful with the columns in the house. Don’t run your luggage into them. Please don't move the dining table. I have cameras on the perimeter for my guests’ safety.
