Green Door Lofts, featured on Fixer Upper "Urban Loft Challenge" and referred to as "Funky Town" by Chip, is a 9-unit luxury loft complex in the heart of Waco's bustling Silo District. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience. The space The Bo Ho Loft is a fun, unique loft home where Magnolia style mixes up with Bo Ho Chic to create a fun, funky urban vibe. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfy king-sized bed with pressed, triple-sheeted linens. There is a private balcony that has a view of the Silos. The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer. Guests will also love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, and of course my mom's cinnamon rolls. Entertainment includes a 65 inch SmartTV with Direct TV/Netflix.
