WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV! The apartment is UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! but is large, sunny and spacious with lots of seating to relax or entertain. The extra large bathroom is newly renovated and has a wonderful old tub and a roomy shower. We are next to The Historic Masonic Theater and Amphitheater and close to Clifton Forge School of the Arts, Allegheny Arts & Crafts Center, Douthat State Park & The C&O Heritage Center. Parking is on street. There is WIFI access and plenty of table space to work. The space This space includes the entire third floor which consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom and an entertainment/eating space. Guest access Guests can park on the street. Parking is limited to 3 hrs weekdays from 9 to 5. There is ample parking except when there is an event at the Masonic Theater next door. The entire downtown is accessible by foot. If you have any allergies be aware that we allow guests to bring pets. Other things to note WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV!! THIS APARTMENT IS UP TWO NARROW FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. It has an efficiency kitchen (Microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, etc) but not a full kitchen. There is potential for noise with the Masonic Theater next door.
