There is so much for you to do nearby the cabin such as fun seasonal activities: Hiking, Rafting, Zip-lining, Horseback Riding, Golfing, Fishing, Biking, Snow Skiing, Snow Tubing, & So Much More! Also, you have 10 acres to explore at the cabin and we think our front porch has the best porch sittin' around! On a clear night, the stars are magical and during the summer, fire flies show out with a fabulous light show! There is a small creek that runs near the cabin and if you listen closely at times you can hear the water trickling by!! So whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation, we have you covered! -The cabin is a NEW construction home, completed 2020 - built by Ricky! -The moment you arrive, you will be immersed in the rich history of Marshall, NC as the very land where the cabin sits was once farmed by my Papaw Clark, where he grew burley tobacco for many years! -The Location of the Cabin is unique because it is in a True/Family/Farming/Working Community. Many of the homes/land that you will see as you travel the road to and from the cabin is rustic and the land is farmed and the houses in the area are many, many, years old - passed down through several generations! -You will have access to ALL 10 Acres of land to explore! In the Spring/Summer Ricky keeps a path/trail mowed in front of the cabin for people who enjoy walking! -When building and decorating the cabin we wanted it to feel "homey" yet be functional and have everything needed for a comfortable and wonderful stay - just as if you were at your own home. Also note that the decor/furniture could vary from the photos due to replacements, etc. -Our cabin has High Speed Fiber WiFi that is continuous throughout. Having fast WiFi makes it easy to complete school assignments, work, Zoom calls, etc. Also, if you need a place to do work, schoolwork, etc. the dining room table makes a great work space where you can sit with your laptop or tablet. -The Smart TV is located in the Living Room and is Equipped with HULU + Live TV, Disney +, ESPN + and Subscription to Amazon Prime. This includes All Children and Infants. *No visitors are allowed. *We provide all linens, however, if you are accustomed to a certain type(s) of linens, you might want to consider bringing your own. *We provide supplies: (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags) up to a 7 day stay. If your stay is beyond 7 days, you will need to provide your own supplies beyond what we provide. *The Driveway to the Cabin is Short and Well Maintained - any type of Vehicle will be able to access the driveway with no issues. *The Stairwell that leads to the upstairs bedroom has motion activated lights that will assist you if you need to walk down the stairs at night. The lights are rechargeable and we leave the charger for them located in the cabinet under the TV if need be. Also, there are night lights in both bedrooms, the bathroom, and kitchen. The night lights are motion activated or you can leave them on. *There is stairs that lead to the upstairs bedroom, if you are bringing a child, please bring a child gate if you are concerned about the stairs.
