Private Room w/ Pillow-Top Queen. Dogs Welcome!

The house is in between Boulder and Denver (20-30 min) just off I-25 and within 20 or so minutes of other major highways including I-70, I-270, and Hwy 36. Well-behaved housebroken dogs are welcome! (Important details below.) NOTE - THE YARD IS NOT CURRENTLY FULLY FENCED. Let us know about your dogs when booking your stay. Sorry, NO CATS and NO SMOKING/vaping (anything) allowed due to allergies. Electronic keypad front door lock for easy access! Late check-in okay. The space A window AC unit is available in the bedroom for your comfort during the warmer months, and the room has new vinyl plank flooring. *** The house is close to everything but far enough away to be quiet! Access to the house is via an electronic keypad on the front door, so late check-in is no problem. Your room has a keyed lock (you will receive the key when you arrive). The room has a real bed with a queen pillow-top mattress and box spring. There is also a desk and a wall mounted flat screen TV with a Roku stick and a HD Antenna for live-stream. Additional bedrooms may be available if needed - contact us for more information. There is no smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, etc) or vaping in the house or on the property. If you are bringing a dog, please let us know when you book your reservation. (Due to allergies, no cats allowed.) Dogs must be housebroken, non-destructive, and well-behaved. They cannot be left in the yard unsupervised and must not be noisy inside or outside. (A few barks here and there isn't a big deal, whining/barking for long periods of time isn't fair to the neighbors / other guests / us.) You will have access to WIFI, laundry, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms along with the other common areas. There is a bathroom & shower/tub on the second level across the hall from the bedroom. There is also a half bath (no shower/tub) on the main level. These are shared if there are other house guests. You are welcome to use the kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc) along with the washer/dryer if needed. The house is equipped with a swamp cooler, and during the warmer months the bedroom has an individual air conditioner for your convenience and comfort! Street parking is available, just be sure to not block any driveways. We are a dog-friendly household and have dogs, pet rats, and a chinchilla. There is a dog park about 5 minutes away plus we back open space with a nice trail system! You may see us, you may not - but we're pretty much always available by text, phone, or email!
