The house is 2 minutes from Mount Snow and less than 15 minutes from Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy views of Mount Snow from the deck. Cook a meal with everyone in the great room. Play a round of pool or foosball in the game room. Relax in the hot tub. Get cozy under the stars and dream about tomorrow...so much fun awaits in Vermont! A spacious and bright open-floor plan invites everyone in your group to create amazing moments together. After a day of fun, retreat to one of five relaxing bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds, and the other has four twin beds. A sofa bed is also available in the den. All bedrooms are equipped with AC. The house has five full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools. Enjoy both drip and single-serve Keurig coffee makers. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. The expansive elevated deck offers a gas grill and plenty of seating. Enjoy the peaceful and private surroundings as you take in views of Mount Snow. The house is equipped with Wifi and a Bluetooth speaker. The great room offers a 42" TV with cable and Roku. The game room features a new 65" smart TV, a pool table, and a new foosball table! The house is located on over an acre of private property. You have full, private access to the entire house and property. There is parking for at least 6 vehicles in the driveway. The house is ideal for groups of 6 to 14. The Upper Handle Road House is located in the green mountains of southern Vermont. Mount Snow's extensive mountain biking and hiking trails are a couple of minutes down the road. Within a 5 to 15 minute drive are all of the valley's favorite restaurants, essential stores, and little shops. 2 golf courses dot the valley. Other attractions within a 15 minute drive include Snow Republic Brewery, Honora Winery, Hogback Mountain Recreation Area, Lake Whitingham, Mind Lock Escape Room, and The Art of Humor Gallery. Stratton Mountain Golf Course is 30 minutes away. Bromley Mountain's adventure park, Bennington, and historic downtown Manchester are all under an hour’s drive. All bed and bath linens are provided. Beds are freshly made for your arrival. The hot tub is cleaned for each stay. Please note that there is not a sauna. Self check-in using a key lock box. Arrival time is generally 3pm. Departure time is generally 11am. "Quiet hours" are from 10 pm to 7 am for our neighbors.
