Spacious living area with dining table for 6 plus huge balcony with grill and chairs. New carpet October 2025 in bedrooms, wood floors in living areas and kitchen, new paint and new linens and pillows. There is a queen in the master, queen in the second bedroom. New glass slider doors to balcony and all new windows installed. Sleeps 4 max Portable AC units in bedrooms during summer only—starting July1st. New second hot water heater added so lots of nice hot water. Garage parking at condo. 2 laundry rooms in the building to use. Summer only pool (July 1st-closes after Labor Day) and 2 year around hot tubs **please note garage height is limited. Absolutely won’t fit any vehicles with ski racks or toppers or Sprinter van sized vehicles. Guests with these vehicles will have to pay to park on the open top deck of the Lionshead parking structure as they won’t fit in that structure either.
