In the evening take in the breathtaking sunsets and light a fire in the pit. Central AC, a cabinet full of board games, and two cable HDTVs will keep everyone happy while inside. The space Our family has had a vacation home in Sylvan Beach since 1940. This has been our gathering space since 1992. We have made many lasting memories here and hope that you and your family are able to do the same. Guest access This is a private rental. Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Check in at 3 PM on Saturday and depart by 10 AM the following Saturday. We ask that guests check-out promptly so that we have ample time to clean and sanitize the space before the next guests arrive. This is a weekly rental During June, July and August. Longer or shorter stays are available in the Spring and Fall.
