You park and enter through garage, go down short hall and through pocket door to enter into the family room for a private lower level suite. Includes cozy bedroom that has a dresser and clothes rack, small bathroom with small shower next door and family room with many kitchen amenities...midsized refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig and coffee, toaster oven, George Forman and a hot plate. Shared laundry room is also downstairs. Enter through the garage for stair free access. We live upstairs but will give you a garage door opener to use during your stay. There is a keypad on garage to get in if we are not home to check you in. We can give you a code if needed. Let me know if you need an earlier check in time. I may be able to accommodate. I love to meet new people but respect your privacy. If you like cats then you will enjoy Gracie who loves attention from guests! She knows how to open the pocket door so I will put a door stop under the door to keep her from entering when not at home. Keep the door locked to ensure she does not get in when you are home. Some shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Some stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Target and many othes are 4 miles away. Uber or Lyft usually close by. 30 minute drive to airport. I will have a garage door opener for you to use. If you do not return the garage door opener you will be charged a $30 fee. Note, there is no parking available other than the garage or driveway. Parking on the space adjacent to yard is not allowed by association. No pets allowed.
