Experience the deep, fresh water with a dock for your boat, fishing and swimming. Where bald eagles and herons soar. Hike the State Parks for amazing views. The porch is a peaceful retreat from the summer heat. The home kitchen is fully stocked, central air, an electric fireplace, 3 bedrooms, with 5 real beds that sleep 6 comfortably, and 2.5 baths. Twice as roomy as others in our cove. On the North shore just minutes from the Dam Strip, great places to eat, and shop. Pets are welcome. The space The house is about 1800 square feet. Drive is steep. It is easiest to back down. It is shared. Parking room for 2 vehicles and one at the top; or a truck and trailer. Extra parking at a shared lot close-by. TV is streaming. We have a few free ROKU and Acorn shows and access to Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime but you will need to bring your own passwords or firestick. We have a sound bar and blue tooth to play music from your phone. The fireplace is electric. Guest access Parking is limited. The driveway is steep but has room for no more than 3 vehicles or to back down a bass boat trailer. The HOA has extra parking a few yards from the house for boat trailers and extra cars. We just need to let them know in advance. Others around us have as many as 40 steps to get into their house. Back down our driveway and you have 5 steps to our entry. The porch with a great view, two bedrooms/2 full baths/kitchen are all on one floor. There are two docks on deep water. The one for guests is on the right in the picture looking toward the house from the lake, with the picnic table and blue swim ladder. Other things to note Concerning the elderly and children. Like all places at the lake there are steps, about 5 to the house from the driveway and about 20 to the dock. You can see them in the posted pictures. Although not accessible by wheelchair, Dan and I are in our late 60s and have no problems going up and down the steps and swimming off the dock. The porch is right on the water and we spend many enjoyable hours watching the wildlife and boats from there. Children love our place and all the things to do at the lake, but like any home around water they should always wear a life preserver and NEVER be left unattended.
