My cabin is close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and is located @ the gateway to everything MOUNTAINS. Denver is just down the hill. You’ll love the high ceilings, peace and quiet, 1.5 acres of private forest, large deck, big comfy recliner couches, walking distance to amenities, Fire TV, full kitchen, wildlife, hiking/biking trails, seasonal hammocks, fire pit, horseshoes, and jetted hot tub....good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends. The mountains are calling... The space Ton's of natural light through the many windows and skylights. The large open spaces will make you feel comfortable while noticing a mountain cabin ambiance. NEW BED 9/1/23 Guest access Everywhere in the house excluding the Master Bedroom and Detached Garage. I will not be home. Other things to note Lyft and Uber available! Be advised to bring a 4x4 when arriving Nov-May. It's not required to have 4x4, however the snow in CO can be unpredictable. Please note that all neighborhood roads are consistently plowed by the county. An iceless heated walkway has been installed to access the main entrance. 11/22/22 There are 2 private parking spots atop the flagstone stairway (main parking). RV's and large trucks can park safely on the road or in the driveway.
