Front closet/laundry room with washer and dryer and coat/shoe racks – tons of storage. Flatscreen TV with Apple TV to stream all your favorites. Balcony has table and seating for 2 with east views, and a gas BBQ for grilling. Peloton complex has 3 restaurants/cafes on property. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the roof-top pavilion complete with a year-round heated pool, two hot tubs, fire pit and BBQ grills. 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms, spin/yoga studio and all the cardio/weight equipment you could ever want! Unwind in the lounge or game room by playing some billiards/shuffleboard, or watch a movie/TV by the cozy fireplace. There's 'office' space on the 2nd fl as well if you need to get some work done away from the unit. Depending on current CoVid regulations, the community center amenities may require an appointment to use. There are two (2) ChargePoint EV chargers (model # CT4020-HD) available in the garage. To use the stations, a person must have an account with ChargePoint and request an authorization code from our office. The current charging rate on the stations is $0.30/kWh, and payments are processed directly with/through ChargePoint. * One month minimum required *The monthly rent includes one underground garage spot, utilities (internet, heat/ac, water), plus all housewares, linens and towels. Just bring your suitcases (and laptop if necessary!) and enjoy your stay! If you’re interested in housekeeping services, we can arrange that at cost.
