Dog welcomed $100 pet fee. 2 story home The cottage is minutes walk to downtown Fredericksburg restaurant, shops, bars, distilleries, and tastings rooms. Also, we are a 10 to 15 minutes drive from multiple vineyards & tastings rooms. Lagniappe is Creole French term meaning “a little extra” We hope that Haus Lagniappe will help you to have that extra passion for life: good food, great wine, and amazing people! Shed in the backyard is off limits for owner’s personal use. back closet next to the washer is off limits Other things to note We have a beautiful outdoor seating area with fire pit. We also have cornhole (throws in the living room coat closet) We also have white noise machines in the bedrooms. This is to ensure the wildlife does not interrupt your sleep.
