Sleeps 10 / 8 beds, 4bedrooms, 2 Sleeper sofas, 3 bathrooms, Open Concept livingrm/dining table seats 9. Beach+trail 15min. Parking. Enjoy your nature escape! The space Guests initially come for great trails, great beaches, aquarium, horseback riding and so much more. What we find out is most guests end up staying in our luxuriously comfortable home and spending time in front of the fire in our back yard or on our back deck or cooking together in our great kitchen space while others play board games in living room or dining table while the kids play downstairs in game room . High speed internet so great for working week and taking long coffee breaks in back patio basking in nature and surrounded by trees. Guest access You have access to everything that is ours. Entire house, our back deck, we only provide outside fire pit. And hot tub. We stock our kitchen with snacks like granola bars, oatmeal packs, water bottles, cooking oil, spices, coffee, tea etc Make yourself at home! Other things to note ***Hot tub charge is $250 to set up and clean up after you due to new covid cleaning protocol. This fee is to paid in advance via cash app, Ven mo or zell. And must reserved at least 14 days in advance to book the hot tub. PET FEE CHARGE: there is an extra $250 charge for a small dog. And only one dog at a time. All pet requests must go through us for approval as we will only allow small potty-trained dogs, that do not shed. *** all booking must be made by someone over the age of 25 years old. ****no parties to respect our neighbors in quarantine. No music on the outside deck after 9pm as the noise travels easily. No hookahs allowed.
