The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a secluded lakefront view, no close neighbors. The villa features an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 2/2 bathrooms and a private heated pool with spa. The master bedroom is on the first floor with direct access to the pool deck. 400 Mbps internet. Salt water pool can be heated to 86°F at an additional cost. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bake ware, dishes, utensils and essential small appliances such as toaster, blender, mixer, and coffee maker. A complimentary welcome package includes a starting supply of coffee and tea, laundry and dish detergent, and bathroom soap and shampoo is provided. Our home is self catering, any further supplies is the responsibility of the guest. Master bedroom: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Bunk room: 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) The villa sleeps 10 (8 adults comfortably).
