The space This 3 bedroom bungalow is quaint and perfect for a group / multi-couple visit or business trip to town. Just a 2 block walk from Zuni Park, our home has been recently updated, is cozy and comfortable. Reliable Xfinity wifi, fully furnished home including kitchen, dining area, lounge, tv room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 queen bedrooms. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us! Our home is a single story home with a finished basement for additional living space. There are 3 steps to get into the home and 10 steps between the main level and the finished basement level. Our home is fully furnished, very comfortable and professionally cleaned prior to each stay. Inside our unit you will find: • Furnished with modern furniture and details like bed side reading lights, cozy plush throws (seasonal) for the living area and bedrooms. • FULL KITCHEN - microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen ware - all you bring is food and YOU. • FULLY STOCKED BATHROOM – adjustable shower nozzle and full bathtub with essentials like - hairdryer, towels and washcloths, etc. • Parking is ample and available through street parking only. • 48 inch smart TV with over the air channels and access to login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, etc accounts. • 3 queen-sized beds, over-sized pillows. • Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Denver and walking distance to some great bars and restaurants in Chaffee Park, Sunnyside, the Highlands and surrounding neighborhoods. Within the apartment is a stacked washer/dryer; it is our guests responsibility to supply their own detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc. Guest access As guests of this home you will have access to the main home (1st level and basement), as well as the front & private fenced-in back yard with and outdoor table and chairs for dining. The detached garage is private and will remain locked and inaccessible during your stay. Guest vehicle parking is street-only. Other things to note Nestled on the corner of the street in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that our guests respect the privacy of our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and we ask that our guests refrain from gathering outdoors after that time.
