The space -Three bedrooms all located upstairs: two with queen beds, one is very small with a full bed. -Two full bathrooms: there is a clawfoot tub for soaking in the upstairs bathroom. The shower is located in the downstairs bathroom. -Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. -The dining room overlooks the ocean. There is also a living room with lovely morning light and a spinet piano, and an ocean-facing sitting room. -Internet service with streaming capability (~10 Mbps up and down), no television. -WiFi calling, cellular phone service is spotty. Guest access Access to the entire house not including the basement. Other things to note -Closely monitor children around cliffs. -The house is over 100 years old, so it is not without its eccentricities. Being built in 1916, the home is not wheelchair accessible.
