Quiet Townhouse with King Beds *Pet Friendly*

Around the corner from HEB and Gold’s Gym on McColl Rd. The small townhouse community is gated, private, and quiet. The house is pet friendly with a small yard and doggy door. I offer no hassle cancelations and modifications for all government travelers and easy invoices for reimbursements. The home is fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed internet, smart lock access, and two assigned parking spaces. The space BEDROOMS: The master bedroom suite has a king memory foam mattress that is firm and supportive. The guest bedroom has a king hybrid mattress that is slightly more plush and fresh. Both have a private bathroom attached, a 4K Smart TV, and full dresser. Nightstands have dimmable touch lamps, wireless dimmer switches for the main lights, USB outlets, wireless charging, and smart speakers with clocks for brown noise and alarms. LIVING ROOM The large 65” 4K HDTV has access to my digital library of many movies that you can watch using Fandango and Apple Movies. I also offer Peacock Premium Ad Free, Disney+, and Paramount+. You can also bring your own streaming device or sign-in to your accounts if you prefer. It also has a premium soundbar with surround sound rear speakers. KITCHEN The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, countertop ice-maker, countertop microwave, bread toaster, toaster oven, Keurig coffee pod maker, traditional coffee pot maker, Corelle dish-ware, silverware, and most basic cooking essentials. SMART TECHNOLOGY Check yourself in with a smart lock to come and go as you please. Philips Hue bulbs are controlled by Alexa smart devices or dimmer switches that are located throughout the home. The House Manual has instructions on how to use them. If you dont like Alexa, you can unplug the power cords. BACKYARD It has two BBQ grills in the back yard: Propane and Charcoal. BBQ tools and utensils are provided. Note that it will incur a small cleaning fee if it needs to be re-cleaned afterwards, so throw away leftover food, grease, and ashes in the trash. Let me know if you need propane or charcoal briquets. WASHER/DRYER New washer and dryer are available for guests to use. Let me know if you will need some detergent pods. I can ask the cleaners to leave some out for you. NEIGHBORHOOD The neighborhood is very quiet. It is located in a small, private HOA. There is a large sidewalk loop around the front of the homes that is perfect for walking/jogging. Safe for kids to play or walk pets on a leash. Guest access Guests have access to come and go as they wish via a smart lock. Other things to note I’m happy to accommodate long term stays. Please message me privately if you would like a special rate for stays longer than 90 days.
