House is in a very good location. Near the club house where all the pools and a jacuzzi are located. Great view of the lake. Near the tennis cord, Jim, Library and Landry. The space It is a 2 bedrooms house with full bathroom, and kitchen, and a full size comfy sofa and chair in the living room with a smart TV with YouTube, Hulu & basic cable for plenty of viewing enjoyment. A private wireless network is provided for fast and reliable internet service. In addition this house has washer and dryer. BEDROOM Both bedrooms have queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses. KITCHEN This kitchen has all you need for making your favorite meals. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, silverware, electric kettle, a wide array of pots & pans. There is an electric range + oven and a microwave. OUTDOOR LIVING One open deck with dining table, where you can enjoy having a dinner in the evening and enjoy the sunset, or have a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the lake. EXTRAS In addition to the basics, we provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & body lotion and towels. Guest access You will have the entire Pod to yourself as well as access to all amenities the resort has to offer. Some Covid restrictions may apply, please inquire. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet. Other things to note PARKING There is room for 2 cars on the side of the house. LONGER STAYS: We require a mini cleaning every 2 weeks for long term stays at $55/cleaning + $65 for the checkout cleaning. (prices subject to change without notice) PETS No pets are allowed in the house. We require a rental contract to be signed online within 48 hrs of booking. (sent via email) Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify. Maximum occupancy of the house is 4 people. There is no instant booking available. Enter your specific dates for weekly and monthly discounts.
