There are times our bridge is impassable, typically in spring with snow run off, but can also happen in the winter with a warm storm. Please do not attempt to cross in high water. **We are positioned on two lots (1/2 acre), which has two homes on this property. We occasionally are at the bardominium (garage) next door when we are not traveling. Other times it may be rented. We share a common gate to the property.
