We want you to feel right at home in our studio apartment. You will find everything you need for a day, a week or a month. With lots of things close by, you will enjoy the convenience of this much desired location as well and a clean, spacious and comfortable place to chill and sleep. The space This studio will provide you will all of the privacy you desire with everything you need at your fingertips. The location is just what you are looking for with shopping, restaurants and entertainment close by. The kitchenette has an induction stove top, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, Keurig as well as pots and pans, plates and a minimal number of condiments should you need them. You have control of your own heat and air. There is a nice walk in shower with a built in seat. There is a large TV with Youtube TV and DVD player. It's the perfect place to relax and rest. Guest access The basement apartment in in entirety is yours to use. Feel free to sit on the swing outside the door and roam the back yard. We do ask you to stay off the zip line and trampoline. If you would like to use the fire pit, just let us know and we will set it up for you. Other things to note This is a basement apartment so you most likely will hear footsteps overhead. It shouldn’t be loud but expect to hear people moving around from 6:30am to 10:00pm on week days and much later on the weekend for the mornings.
