We are 10 minutes from Calaveras Big Tree State Park, 20 minutes from Murphy's wine-tasting, and 30 minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort. The space This 3 story cabin has approximately 3,000sqft of useable space and comfortably sleeps 3 families! 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living spaces w/large TVs, large dining table, and a game room that is fun for all ages. Enter at the main level which includes two separate living spaces, the kitchen and a full bathroom. Out the main level is a large back deck, wood shed and wrap around porch overlooking the firepit in the front yard area. Upstairs from the main level will be the primary bedroom with on suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with a guest bathroom in-between. Downstairs from the main level you'll find two additional bedrooms and a game room. There is no bathroom on the bottom floor. The bottom floor has an exterior door to walk out to the firepit area. This property has 2 driveways with plenty of on-site parking. Only one driveway is maintained during winter months, so maximum vehicle capacity of 5 cars during winter, but can accommodate approximately 8 cars with no snow. Blue Lake Springs HOA amenities are available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (at an additional fee w/HOA) 2 private lakes, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, Olympic size swimming pool, snack shack, full service restaurant, shuffle board, ping pong, sand volleyball, BBQ and Picnic areas, sandy beaches, golf course and more. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin. There is a locked cleaners storage on the bottom level. Other things to note Cell service is spotty in Arnold. If you have AT&T you will not have service until you connect to WiFi. Be sure to put directions to the cabin in your phone and save any important details prior to getting in the mountains.
