Room/Spacious Bright Top Floor Apt/ Balcony LIC 1

Room in a very spacious and bright top floor apartment with private balcony. Apt is updated and great for short and long stays. Less than 30 minutes to grand central. The space Hi! I have a great apartment in LIC that accommodates 2 rooms for short term and long term stays for visitors. The main space is a very bright and spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen. Some awesome features: Balcony off the living room with chairs to relax and to get some fresh air. Living room with industrial spool coffee table and sofa. Dining room with 6 person dining table and chairs. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertop. Fully stocked spices and etc. Clean and white bathroom (shared with other Airbnb guest) Air conditioning and heating. The heater is super quiet and efficient. Stone floors in the shared spaces and wood flooring in the bedrooms. Bedroom gets plenty of sunlight. The queen-sized bed has a new Morgedal foam mattress, ergonomic pillows and fluffy goose feathers filled comforter to ensure a good night rest. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access Guests can access the living/dining room and kitchen. Additionally, the balcony and laundry appliances are also available. During your stay I can always be reached by text and will make sure your stay will be a pleasant stay :-) Other things to note You may occasionally run into Airbnb guests taking up the 3rd bedroom with whom you share the bathroom but usually everybody is out exploring or working in the city. As for myself, I take up the master bedroom with its own bathroom, I work from home so i will be around if you need me but most of the day I will be working out of my room and you will have the common spaces to yourself.
