Beach Retreat with Pool, Walk to Shops and Eats!

Come stay at the beach in this beautifully updated condo available for long term rentals! You'll be a short drive just across the bridge from the beachfront at the Isle of Palms, SC. If you travel 15-20 minutes the other direction, you'll get to enjoy the fine dining and historic culture of downtown Charleston! With all the comforts of home, including a resort swimming pool and workout room, please come and stay for a while! The space The condo is a spacious one-bedroom unit within a condo community and was recently renovated with all new furnishings! The kitchen is fully stocked - including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, slow cooker, and hot water kettle, as well as plates, utensils, and pots and pans. There is wi-fi access and a smart tv. The bedroom and bathroom include fresh linens on arrival. There is an in suite laundry area with washer, dryer, and iron with ironing board. Basic cleaning supplies and a vacuum are available during your stay. The community includes a shared fitness room for working out, as well as a beautiful resort-style pool! If you want to check out the beach - we have set of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and picnic basket available for your use! The unit is completed by a private balcony, overlooking a green space and the complex swimming pool. Guest access Guests will have full unshared access to a one bedroom condo and shared access to the pool and gym area. Other things to note All areas of the condo are available to guests with the exception of a small owner’s closet. Please note, exterior updates at the complex are ongoing.
