A refined top-floor 2BR sanctuary with private entrance and parking, created for guests seeking elevated comfort and tranquility. Renovated with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with reverse-osmosis water, and a spa-style bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, bidet, and filtered shower. Unwind in the full-body massage chair and enjoy the naturally calming, healing energy praised by many guests. Ideal for restorative, wellness-focused stays. The space Ultimate Allergy reduction: the air is filtered with a Ultrafine Particle Reduction Filter, MPR 2500. Full Kitchen with a rice cooker, microwave, convection over and a full size oven. Guest access This beautiful complete apartment is only for you! There is a large backyard with a large table, 6 chairs, an hammock, lounge chairs and an outdoor fireplace. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet, check with me first. A pet cleaning fee is automatically added to reservations with pets. Families with children are welcome. Please note the home is not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for their children’s safety and supervision. Some window blinds have cords, so children should be supervised around them. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Parking in the driveway is available upon request. Please keep doors closed when the heat or AC is running. The home includes standard smart-home systems (door/window sensors and a front-entry exterior camera). There are no cameras inside the home. For stays longer than 8 days, we include a weekly full housekeeping service with fresh sheets and towels, so you can enjoy crisp linens and the pleasure of returning to a beautifully refreshed home during your stay. The guest portion is $80 per cleaning. We are conveniently located near Purchase College, Greenwich Avenue, the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, Greenwich Train Station, Greenwich Hospital, and the Anxiety Institute.
