We will alert you via text in the morning if we can finish earlier. If you don't hear from us, please assume check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out at 11:00 am is STRICT. Late check-out can be accommodated for an additional $250 fee IF there are no incoming reservations on the same day. This must be arranged with the manager (Mallory) the day before. We do have 2-nights minimum stay requirement year-round and 3-nights during the holidays. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be applied at time of booking. If there is more than one dog, we charge $100 in addition to cleaning fee. Refundable safety deposit is $500 for groups of 4-6 people and $1,000 for bigger groups. The hot tub is functional and available throughout the year, but we cannot guarantee availability or handle unforseen obstacles should they occur last-minute.
